The way you visualize your content for digital consumption is more important than ever.
Simply uploading photos of a home to the web and syndicating said pictures is not enough.
Video you say? That needs to be more than a simple YouTube upload as well.
Constructing marketing pieces that create an interactive experience with a potential buyer would be a better goal.
Enter Cooliris.
Fluidity. That is really the word that comes to mind as I browse a Cooliris photo or video wall.
The creation process is so easy I really don’t even need to explain it but will.
Step 1. Upload a photo album to either Flickr or Facebook. Having a YouTube Channel and using video with Cooliris allows you to skip step one.
Step 2. Go here
Step 3. Link the your Cooliris account to the account where you uploaded the photos or type in your username for YouTube
Step 4. Customize and publish
Take a look at the 3 walls below I created using a photo set from Flickr from our friends at The Corcoran Group of the upper east side of Manhattan, pictures from the recent Inman Real Estate Connect and Tech Savvy Agent’s YouTube channel.
As you will see the UI is spectacular.

Scrolling down the wall as new images and videos appear is fun. The ability to enlarge any piece of content and then share socially as depicted below is very easy.
Cooliris also allows for easy customization to align with your brands look and feel. Publishing your wall to platforms like Facebook, Twitter and WordPress is a breeze.
Can you think of any creative ways to use Cooliris with your marketing?
Hope you will consider adding this free option to your digital marketing arsenal. Publish and share with your sphere and then let us know what the feedback is!

Very Cool Chris…this would work really well as a stand alone piece in a side widget area. Totally going to use this for my new site I’m building!

Chris, cool stuff, love it! They don’t support Internet Explorer though… but a really cool product, they stand behind their name.

I just tried on my Internet Explorer browser and nada. Considering more than half the world is on IE, aren’t you worried about alienating some of your clients?

Love that it works just great on my Mac! Was quick and easy to use and clients liked it. IE is trash and strong users know that. On Sept. 9th it will be the very last day I have to use IE with our MLS. FINALLY I can uninstall parallels and get that Microsoft crap off my computer! Long live the iWork suite!!!
