Outstanding webinar, Chris!
The best part of it was… the whole thing!
The worst part of it was it wasn’t longer.
I am forwarding this to all my Realtor® clients to reiterate what I am preaching and teaching – it amplifies everything that I believe and do.
As always, YOU ROCK!

Coming from you Suzanne that means a lot.

blog, blog, blog, and then blog some more. Especially with Google’s new freshness algo update, it really does benefit agents to be blogging. It can only help your site to keep a fresh stream of new content hitting the search engines.
November 4, 2011 at 9:46 am
Chris great point. Google wants freshness. Blogs are the way to provide that for little to no cost!

Thanks for sharing our site in your call. Will say, Zopim has been awesome…very engaging and can drill down where and who we are chatting with.
November 4, 2011 at 3:23 pm
I try to only share things that have been proven to work. Zopim gets rave reviews.
November 7, 2011 at 10:17 pm
Hey Ric, Pamela and Chris, thanks for sharing the love
@Chris you can’t believe how much I’m looking forward to the feature on zopim! If the skype interview didn’t give you the information you need, I’ll be more than happy to get on a call together.
November 4, 2011 at 10:28 am
Great webinar! Every agent should watch this for sure.
November 4, 2011 at 10:30 am
Chris, Thanks for sharing about zopim. You seem to have mentioned that you can use Zopim on your iPad. Their dashboard requires flash. Is there a workaround?
November 4, 2011 at 3:24 pm
I believe they have an app for the person using Zopim but not for the end consumer.
November 7, 2011 at 10:14 pm
Hey Serhiy, we’re working on a HTML5 dashboard and widget now, which means that you’ll be able to load Zopim (the widget itself and backend) on an iPad, iPhone, any mobile device. Coming to you real soon! If you’re interested in a beta please drop me a mail at qingru@zopim.com

Thanks for including Phoenix Real Estate Guy in your webinar Chris! The wholesale redesign is new, and there is some work left (there always is) but it’s performing quite well so far!
November 4, 2011 at 7:48 pm
Always glad to share the goods. As I mentioned on twitter I like it more with every trip back!
November 4, 2011 at 2:15 pm
“Blogging is back?” Blogging never went away. The smart people kept building their blogs while the lemmings went over and gave all their content (for free) to other people’s platforms.
November 4, 2011 at 7:50 pm
Adam doing both is probably the best approach but in our industry blogging has been a huge challenge.
November 4, 2011 at 2:34 pm
I can’t wait to watch that. Thanks Chris

Thanks for including New Orleans Real Estate Talk, I love my custom site and Inna Hardison is a genius at design.
November 4, 2011 at 7:50 pm
Miriam its a beautiful site. Inna does amazing work.
November 4, 2011 at 4:29 pm
Hey Chris,
AWESOME Webinar. One quick note. Virtual Results does not do Themes. We create finished sites that you can buy today and start blogging tomorrow.
The sites you mention are from our Predesigned Site library…
November 4, 2011 at 7:51 pm
Gotcha Jim. Should I take them out of the article then?
November 5, 2011 at 9:55 am
Such awesome content and strategy! You always provide the best stuff! Thanks Chris!
All your hard work is so appreciated!
November 6, 2011 at 2:24 pm
Thanks Teri. Your opinion means a lot to me.
November 5, 2011 at 6:05 pm
Chris, you mentioned adding Inkstagram as a subpage on your website. Is that done through a plug-in, rss, or are you just providing a link to your Inskstagram page? Thanks always for the great info!
November 5, 2011 at 6:23 pm
Eye-opening! Thanks for the comparisons to the legacy tools…especialy the comment about Active Rain. Helps to readjust my marketing budget and strategy.
November 7, 2011 at 2:20 pm
I missed the webinar and went back to watch it but the link to the slides isn’t working above. Can you help?
Thanks.

I have combined my Real Estate site with snippets into my personal life. I have one son with Autism and the other has ADHD.
Do you think this tagline is okay?

Chris, you’re a beast. Please stop giving these webinars, or at least cut the access for IP addresses in Hawaii!!! I don’t need my competitors to see this
November 27, 2011 at 8:17 pm
It’s surprising how many other agents still don’t blog in my market… is there a way to hide this video from them?
